By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all work carried out by Adam Jackson Business Support unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.
We act as a support service and not as the client’s employee, director, regulated adviser, managing agent, landlord or legal representative unless specifically agreed in writing.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, ensure all instructions comply with current UK legislation, maintain appropriate insurance and legal compliance, and review or approve work where required.
Fees will be agreed in advance and may include fixed fees, hourly rates or retainers. Our advertised pricing starts from £35 per hour, depending on the support required.
Where work exceeds the agreed scope, additional charges may apply and will be discussed before proceeding. Payment terms will be agreed at the start of the engagement.
Any time estimates or completion times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on complexity, client response times and third-party involvement.
For services such as complaint handling, dispute support or detailed administrative casework, pricing is based on expected time and complexity. Additional time may be required and will be agreed in advance. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose information to third parties unless required to deliver the service or required by law.
We may process data relating to clients, customers, tenants, landlords, contractors and other relevant parties solely for the purpose of delivering services and in accordance with UK GDPR. We act as a data processor where handling data on behalf of clients.
We are not liable for decisions made by clients, losses arising from incorrect information provided, third-party actions, or outcomes of disputes or legal processes. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
We aim to provide reliable and consistent support but do not guarantee availability at all times unless agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to update or amend our services and terms at any time.
